NTHC offers a forum for discussing and evaluating local, state and federal housing policy and program priorities on affordable, working class housing. NTHC also hosts luncheon seminars that provide networking opportunities and affordable, working class housing information on funding resources as well as key community development issues.

NTHC is positioning itself as a “single-source solution” for federal, state, and local governments that support affordable housing efforts.

The Homeownership Center (THC) continues to focus on pre-purchase and post-purchase services as well as educational and counseling services by expanding training events, growing their network of realtors and delivering regional homeownership seminars.
