As a HUD-approved housing counselor, the North Texas Housing Coalition knows housing issues. Our housing counselors can assist you  with housing questions concerning pre-purchase, post-purchase, foreclosure, etc. NTHC counselors are here to provide assistance to homeowners, enabling them to become financially prepared and ready to undertake the responsibilities of homeownership.

Our counselors provide a combination of individual one-on-one counseling sessions as well as group classes designed to introduce participants to the various aspects of homeownership including budgeting, savings, credit repair, identifying a house and financing.
