
 The North Texas Housing Coalition is a 501 c 3 non-profit organization made up of over 300 organizations and individuals united by the desire to improve and increase affordable, working class housing in North Texas. For more than 15 years, the NTHC has provided leadership, guidance and education to both the public and private sectors on how housing affects issues such as healthcare, transportation, education and crime. In this role, NTHC hosts an annual Housing Summit, a daylong information sharing and business education forum that engages local, state and national leaders in the development of a big picture solution to affordable, working class housing issues in North Texas. HOPE - NTHC is the lead organization for the Dallas Homeownership Preservation Enterprise Partnership (HOPE) on foreclosure prevention and loss mitigation. HOPE aims to reduce the number of foreclosures in the North Texas region by providing free phone counseling through non-profit intermediaries affiliated with HOPE.
