lawanda_strhan@fanniemae.com Lawanda Strhan holds an Associate degree in Business Administration from East Field Community College. She is a HUD approved counselor with more than 16 years experience in non-profit comunity-oriented work. Strhan is a certified trainer for Homeownership and Community Lending Coursework and also holds Post-Purchase and Homeownership Management certifications. Currently she oversees a collaborative initiative between theNTHC and Fannie Mae Corp. where she manages a staff of housing counselors, intake specialists and a team of administrative support staff. Her primary functions include managing the staff, coordinating outreach events, troubleshooting inquiries, point of contact for escalated situations and HR functions as needed. |
